Description:  I'm going to coin the phrase "ruin wood" to describe this wildly beautiful limb.   Repeated stages of dissolution and re-mineralization has brecciated both the surface and interior - the "cementing" mineral being Calcite.  Many hours went into the preservation of this very unusual piece.  Professionally prepared and polished to a mirror finish.
