For all purchases simply E-mail us at earthquest@volcano.net
Please include the item #, specimen name, price and your zip code or shipping address. We will promptly send an invoice that includes a total cost including shipping. Earthquest Minerals gladly accepts PayPal, Check or Money Order. If paying by check, please allow six to ten days for clearance. All international orders must pay using PayPal.

SHIPPING
Our preferred mode of shipping is USPS Priority Mail and First-Class Mail International for International orders.

RETURN POLICY
The top goal at Earthquest Minerals is to not only have a happy customer, but to make a friend as well. All of our specimens are shipped within 5 days after receipt of payment and satisfaction is guaranteed! However, if for some reason you are not happy with your order, then we are certainly not happy with the sale! Earthquest Minerals offers a full 15 day return policy, provided that the material is in the original condition as sold. Buyer must pay all return shipping costs.
